Re: removing gravid female
I always removed the males from the female's enclosure when I knew they were gravid. He's really not needed for awhile, as the female can produce viable eggs with only one copulation "session". It'll be less stressful for the female to have the male not in with her trying to breed again.
Also, a humid hide with sphagnum moss would be appreciated and likely utilized by the female for laying.

Thanks Jason, I went ahead and put Penelope by herself in one of my racks.. its darker in there and there is much less traffic then where she was being housed. I have her set up with the typical water, humid hide (w/moss) and her calcium. At least this way I can better monitor her intake of food too.. Thank you so much for your help!

No problem! Good luck with those future eggs! They are TINY when they hatch. I'm a sucker for geckos, I just got tired of the insect maintenance.
I did manage to find a picture of my first ever hatchling. Here she is!

O.M.G. JASON!!! *thud* it is soooooo cute!!!
I really cant wait until Penelope drops some eggs for me. She has always been housed with her "boyfriend" (before we got them even) and I think im going to give her a nice break... After all until some of my BP's grow up i have the rack space anyway. Thanks so much for finding that picture, congrats on it lol.. adorable!
