Yesterday was my rescue mojave's third f/t feeding that she took and ate!

This is a snake I thought would never be converted to f/t, and had started out skinny enough that I didn't want to try and risk her not eating. She was eating very well on live mice, but that gets expensive if you don't breed mice yourself.

Well, it's been three weeks of successful feedings with f/t small adult mice. I have to almost boil the mice and then "walk" them around her tub on tongs, but she has caught on!

I just got my new ball to eat live, and I'm hoping that in a month or two I can start trying to convert to f/t. Hopefully the conversion will go as smoothly as yours.

yeah, I am kind of surprised how smoothly it went considering that she was hard to get to eat at first

I know how you feel, I got my 1st BP two days ago and I'm freaking out all the time over the tiniest things even though I spent half a year researching on balls... congrats on the feeding, you are doing great!! All the best for you and your baby
