    Appropriate growth and feeding?

I have a BP who was hatched in late June '07, and I just wanted to get your feedback on her progress. She weighed 185g on 1/14/08, and today she weighs 435g. Does that sound like a typical rate of growth?

I've been feeding her (2) 20g mice each week for about 6 weeks now, and she's never refused a meal; I tried giving her a 40g mouse a couple weeks ago, but she seemed to struggle with it quite a bit so I haven't tried again. At what point should I try to move her up in prey size again? And when should I think about switching her to rats?

Here are some photos of her. Please let me know if you think she looks about the right body weight for her size.

    Thanks for your input!

She looks like a very healthy girl.
I fed my female mice for almost two years, but have recently bumped up her feeding to small rats (or 3 mice). I would look into rat pups.

    Re: Appropriate growth and feeding?

I kinda want to know the answer to this as well. Mine was 90grams in January and just now crossed into 400 grams. He has a great feeding response and has been feeding on a 20-30g mouse every 5 days. When should I go up in size?
