can i feed...
i have a question,
we are doing our monthy clean out of our pantry and we have some stale fritos...can these be fed to the rats?
what about cookies...
i dont want to feed them anything from the kitchen without asking first

if you cant afford to take care of it, dont get it

Re: can i feed...
Well dang, what a waste. The rats would have loved them. They aren't a daily diet thing of course but heck I generally give out "treats" from leftovers in my pantry (why my children cannot eat the last two handfuls of cereal in a box has always puzzled me lol).
I keep one of those big plastic icecream pails in my fridge, scrape dinner leftovers into it and once or twice a week it's a rattie free for all on the kitchen scraps. Let me tell you, they love chicken wing night around here!
Here's a handy link Nick for the future on what human foods are fine for rats and what aren't.
