Increasing white? And.. whats wrong with this snake?
First off, I would like to pat myself on the back for my second shed being complete, even the tail tip! lol I did notice that the white on his sides is getting more prominent. Is this normal for a normal ball? Just curious!
Also, I just visited the local pet store where I always get my mice and took a look at what reptiles they had. All of their snakes looked wonderful and in great condition except one.. It was a tree dwelling python or boa that was green but not a GTP (I think). Its skin looked very dry and it had wrinkles.. not what i normally see. Is that normal? I didnt think it was but I wanted to ask.

it could have been about to shed, sometimes snakes will have wrinkly skin they day the will shed. could have been that, or the snake was dehydrated.

Normals can vary quite a bit. Issa, my original ball is about the color of a tan m&m now. Until he reached roughly adult size, he would get lighter with each shed.

As my BP got older and plumper, the white definantly increased up the sides, also the flames and blushing increased, he started getting his own look
although, all this was in months (within a year) and not shed to shed
