Oh Yeah, I got cash for the sponsorship and spent it on the frame and wheels, The rest I had to fork over myself. Now I just have to spend the rest of the season earning my keep.

I've got my denim cut-offs and old Schwinn bike, but I could take your place in the swimming part of the competition- they wouldn't be laughing then.....!

Too funny Kat! But no, no water wings! I'm fast in the water just on my own- been swimming since forever and it's one of those things where my age (nearly 49) has not diminished my ability in the water!!! Wet rocks!!
