So is this a murphy or a lisa? There were two red dots on it.... blood colored(but not blood). They didn't protrude at all though... Let me know what you think or if I should pop it further. I was timid about popping.

All i can see is a thumb and possibly a snake pattern

I'm not terribly sure of age but he's about 20 inches long. It didn't look terribly inflamed in person. Had a light color to it. He/she seems very healthy, active, alert and friendly. Thank you for lightening it. What leads me to believe it is a guy is that there are two red dots on either side of it(not visibible in the pic). Do females have anything resembling these that don't protrude or would this be indicative of hemipenes?

if its a boy you'll see two red hems pop out. for a female you wont see anything.

yea, they are really good pics...from your picture, i would say its a female just b/c it doesnt look like there are any hemipenes protruding
