    Tote Size

In trying to establish a breeding operation on a shoestring budget we've begun trying to figure out how much room mice/rats need to breed successfully.

More specifically, we have a LOT of 18 gallon sterilite totes, fairly tall, that my husband is thinking of converting for the rodents, but unsure what we can/should be able to put in them. Any suggestions/thoughts?

    Thanks

Not trying to feed any snakes of our own, looking to form the basis for a feeder business. As far as budget goes, we're trying to stay as lowkey as possible, without sacrificing quality, hence the tote question, since we already have them.

well you could make them work but the rat racks are so much easier.
