Reptile Radio Question...

I am admitably not the most computer savvy person... I'm behind on listening to the Reptile Radio segments... I saw the Download link for each show... what I want to know is if I download them, can I get them onto my Ipod??? And if so, how!?!?

Once you down load it, just find the file put the file in Itunes and then just plug your ipod in and export it over to the ipod.
