Re: Scale Recommendation
I use the ultraship, got a great deal on it thru ebay, i stayed up and watched the scales that were ending late, won it for 5 dollars + shipping. mine will weigh up to 55lbs, and the face detaches so you can have the LED screen right next to you or attached to the scale. its always right on the money, doing lots of ebay shipping it has to be.
of course i also use it for my balls. i just zero it out with a container on it and then add the snake.

Re: Scale Recommendation
Check out the My Weigh 7001DX. Weighs up to 7000g and is super convenient. Good deals on those as well. Check it out at www.reptilebasics.com.

Re: Scale Recommendation
I have a limited budget and wanted to get a scale that wouldnt cost too much. I went to Wal-mart to the kitchen seciton. They have scales that people use to weigh out portions of food or ingredients. They sell a digital scale that weighs up to I believe 4000 grams. It only cost 35 dollars and has been working great for me. I cant remember the brand but I want to say chef's choice or something. Pm me and i can check for ya.

Re: Scale Recommendation
I use this one: http://www.reptilebasics.com/My-Weig...l-p-16191.html
It is $39.00 and is digital and accurate to +/- 1 gram and weighs up to 7000g. It comes with a big basket to put the snake in and uses batteries or an AC adapter cord. This is a good deal from a great reptile vendor!
