CITES and fish and wildlife papers?

Hi.

Like most of you know,i am havin problems to get my snakes to germany.
So can anybody tell me where to get CITES and fish and wildlife paperwork for my snakes(2 Corn and 1 BP)?
All i have right now are the invoices for them.
