Would this be an acceptable accessory for an enclosure?
This is a piece of driftwood I'm currently using right now in my leopard gecko's tank.
When I get my ball python, could I put it in? Will the ball python climb on it?

as long as its stable shouldnt be a problem. sterilize it before you introduce it to a new animal. also since you are getting a new python i would go bare bones on the cage so he can get adjusted to the new surroundings and you can better monitor his health. treat for mites etc should he have them.

it looks good to me as long as its clean and you still have hides i think the snake would enjoy it and help it shed..

My friend has one that big with even a few more branches in his 30 gallon tank and his BP loves it. He is not shy at all, so often times he will climb it and just lounge at the top for a while. But again, sterilize it and make sure there is nothing sharp enough to hurt the snake!

Because I seen a few mites, the vet suggested that I toss all the natural stuff in my tank and start new. I'm going to have to find something soon because my bp enjoyed the branch that she had.
My only concern was of it tipping over. The next one I get I'll attach it to something stable and heavy so there is no risk of it falling over.
