    Quick Shed Question

This is my first shed with my baby ball. I knew he was starting days before he did so I increased the humidity. He still turned out with a bad shed. All of his bottom half of his body is off and so are his eye caps, but there is still skin along all the top and the top of his head. I watched him and it looked difficult to reach these areas. It has been about 2 days and I left him alone but he doesn't seem to care much about getting the rest off. I soak him, but when I put him back he just goes back into his hide. Is this normal? Should I just leave it alone for the next shed or assist and get it all off somehow? Thanks.
