Usually about November - May, but October-October isn't impossible, either. BPs are bred and hatched all year around, but most people try to start cycling in October or November, then just go until they are out of breedable females.
What are these mojavas I keep hearing so much about?
As I understand it the main factor is the daylight cycle. If you live on the East Coast and buy a leo that is shipped to you from the West Coast the breeding season when it arrives may well not coincide with your existing leos. Also you can manipulate them with artificial lighting cycles.But spring through August or September is the normal breeding season with the last ones hatching in December.
leo breeding season is in the spring, starting in february. you can manipulate their light cycles and heating (by cooling before breeding) to get them to breed at other times but i personally have not tried this. some of it depends on the leos themselves though--some will breed regardless.
