    Re: Typical vet bill?

I dont take my snakes to the vet unless theirs a serious problem... Not much a vet can tell you about a healthy snake other than doing a fecal float... two times ive been there it cost me 50$ for RI shots and 40$ per fecal... My vets pretty straight up with me which is nice and i always expect to pay 100$ only to find out its cheaper

my vet charges $28 for an exotics exam and $12 for a fecal. any extra things that are required are extra (shots, procedures, etc.) but still quite reasonable.

$45 for exotic exam, $20 for fecals, and medication costs vary.
