anyone have any good recipes for game birds?

random question, i know. my boss gave me three pheasants and 1 duck and i have no idea what to do with them! i googled recipes but everything either looks way too complicated or disgusting. if you've got one, i'd love to hear it!

A simple, but favorite of mine is to stuff a jalepeno in them, wrap them in bacon, and then throw them on the grill... simplicity at it's finest.

Well... most of the heat from the jalepeno cooks out of it, so it's not very hot, just mainly adds flavor. But to each their own. it was no problem btw, I'm looking forward to the goose season to open back up. Goin this weekend if I can make it down there.

DUCK!! Yum. I cook almost all fowl the same. Garlic, onions, and baked covered until tender. Duck can be raised up so the oils run out some. Quail stuffed with mild baby onions with some garlic roasted.. oh my...
    I want some too now.
