    Helix DBS1000 ?

Hey I use the helix for my racks and my incubator. This last year after all the eggs hatched. I took down the incubator cleaned it all. Took the helix off and took heat tape out. Well when i did that i found that i must have had a mouse or rat that got loose. I keep my incubator and mice/rats in the same building. So i found that the two cords going into and coming out of the helix have been chewed on. I got it from beanfarm ive checked with them and no answer yet so thats why im here. Does anyone know if the cords can be replaced, and where i can get the cords? Any help on this would be great i dont really want to have to buy another helix. Just because the cords are bad. Thanks for you time.

Your best bet would be to contact Helix (http://helixcontrols.com).
