Hi,
It looks like the old skin has stuck a little in those spots - I wouldn't worry about it though.
I would just make extra sure the humidity was high enough for his next shed and hopefully it should all come off ok. I never like to try too hard to remove retained shed over wounds and places with thin skin like scars just in case I end up opening them up again.

thanks for the help! his last 2 sheds with me went very well, i don't think i got the humidity up as much as i should have with this last one. i'll just see how it all looks after his next shed

In the first pic, the scar looks like a lightning bolt. You should call him Harry Potter. hehe

The scar on his head looks like scar tissue to me rather than dry skin/rub but the rat bite still looks a bit scabby - I imagine it will shed off next tiem he goes. He looks like a fat healthy boy otherwise - I second that you name him Harry.
