Going Back

My fiance and I have an anniversary coming up (4-year) and we've decided to go down to Wise, Va where I went to college my first year. I know this probably sounds funny but Wise is a second home to me. I miss it sooooo much. Its a small little town and my college was so tiny but I loved it. I even miss the unairconditioned freshman dorm. I miss all my friends. So I'm very happy about getting to go down there and see them.

My friend Matt is still down there and he's looking foreward to us coming down. Even Joe, who I left that year on bad terms with has put things behind him and wants to see me. I can't wait. And of course there will be just time for my fiance and I but I'm very excited that we are going to Wise. Very quiet out in the middle of nowhere place. Perfect to get away from here. And of course there will be lots of pictures.!

I dont understand how you could miss an un-airconditioned dorm, but, congrats to you either way

It was a second home. Some of my best friends are there. I had some good times there. I'll be taking pictures like crazy when I'm there, so pictures of the dorm building will pop up sometime.
