WANTED: Steady source of LIVE small rats
My currant supplier is closing. I don't want to have to start breeding my own rats again. I have a massive commute now, and would prefer to not have to deal with the cleaning and feeding and junk to keep enough rats to produce 40 small feeders a WEEK.
Sigh. I'm frustrated. Very frustrated. It's not feasiable to use pet store type places, not for 40+ a week. It's ridiculous but most of the live rat sellers are in SOUTH florida. I'm near jacksonville/gainesville/st augustine.
I know, I'll get HOW many folks saying "Switch to frozen!" but I've tried it, and the time to dance a dead rat around to get the balls interested enough to eat it means I'd spend a entire day playing meat puppet to the snakes. I work 5 days a week, commute 2.5 hours every day, and I just can't devote an entire day to meat puppet plays, when I need to clean and do the chores that build up every week.
Geez.
Frustrated is,
Wolfy
