Tub Question.
I'm getting ready to move my BP into a tub, I just have have a couple questions.. 1- Where do I put the probes (from the herpstat and the digital thermo/hydro meter. 2- What do you guys use to lock down your tub lids so they don't budge or the snake being able to get out.. I've heard of binder clips, just doesn't sound right to me.. Anyways you guys/girls know more than me, so what are your opinions?
Thanks
Mitch

Re: Tub Question.
for the probe i would place it between the flexwatt and the tup, outside of the tub. this way you can monitor the exact temp of the flex and the snake won't move it around the tub on you.
for locks i use a large bungee cord with hooks on the end. you can find them at any auto parts store of home improvement store. i wrap it around the middle of the tub. you could also use binder clips, those large black clips from any office supply store.
hope that helps.

Re: Tub Question.
you can also just use a heavy book or too in a pinch....
i would just make sure you clip both ends when shutting the tub, my 4" BCI took a little stroll on me the other day because my girlfriend didn't clip the handle part of the tub after putting him back. we found him right quick.... staring at the rat tank.
just a little warning for ya.
