Doesn't this pastel look like a super??

What kind of pastel is she? She is advertised as a female pastel.

It looks really bright. I've seen several pictures of her, and they are really clean. She looks the same in all pictures so the colors aren't just random. You guys have to tell me.

She kinda looks like a super. I see almost no brown. Here's a link that will blow up the picture for better view.

They have a very silver-ish look to them when they are fresh out the egg....that pic there is of the snake probably a day, if not hours, after hatching. When they shed out, their true colors/pattern are more clearly represented.

I knew that, but the lady said that picture was a week old. And the baby is almost hitting 2 months now.

Hmmmm. She has siblings that are a little darker than her. She just stands out. Let me see if I can find that picture.

No it looks like a light pastel.
Heres a good pic of a pastel and a super.

I still don't think that snake is 2 months old in that pic...could be wrong though.

I'd go for it...the light head usually means good things later on...

Brad I would have to agree if they are claiming that the pic shown is of an animal that is two months old at the time the pic was taken then no its not two months old.

That pastel still has the pick color of a hatchling.

That's what was sticking out to me...that "hatchling" look...

Might be just a communication error, but if the seller sent that pic and claimed it was 2 months old in that picture, I would tread very carefully with that particular seller...

I gotta say the black is still very dominant on the snake, regardless. I dont think it's a super. That pic does look "fresh from the egg"

Re: Doesn't this pastel look like a super??

So I think everyone would agree that it's:

    A) most likely a regular pastel fresh from the egg
    B) Less likely something very special that he should definitely snatch up...

I would ask for a DATED photograph taken within the last week for verification.
