Odd ball question...
Max doesn't do this, just Jade, which is why I am asking....But does anyone else's snake move like a robot? She moves, then stops, moves, then stops, in jerking motions, she doesn't move all smooth and in motion like max does. She just ate, but it took her 3 strikes to get it, she ate, quickly, and she is now 96g, was 58g when I got her, it's just her movements that have me wondering if something is wrong with her. Anyone's snake move like that? Other then that, she's not showing anything other signs of any other conditions that she would have something is wrong.

Re: Odd ball question...
does she always do it or just since she ate? floyd is a LITTLE jerky after he eats but not like you're describing....

Its usually after she "attacks" anything, actually, now that you mention it, its only after she strikes at something. That normal?

Re: Odd ball question...
My little female took 4 strikes to finally hit the mouse last week and was so excited she seemed to be actually vibrating.
She doesn't seem to move jerkily though - does she only do it when she know's your watching (yes I know that sounds like a daft question ) but she may be scared and moving then stopping to see if you react.
Can you get any video of her doing it? Does he always move like that or is it more of an occasional thing?

Re: Odd ball question...
When mine was a baby, she did what you're describing. That is, moved in jerky little motions, ate like she was... challenged, etc. The jerkiness usually took place after eating. She's now quite a bit older (going on a year, wish I could give you a weight other than "healthy") and she hasn't done it since she was 5 or 6 months old. A video really would help though if it's possible...
Advice is what you ask for when you already know the answer but wish you didn't.

wonder if its just cause they are lacking on the muscle side? I can get a video next time she eats no problem.

Re: Odd ball question...
yeah, floyd just gets a little shaky after eating and the more he moves the more you notice it. i think it just takes a lot of energy out of him.

Re: Odd ball question...
Baby dose this once and a while... (he refuses to take f/t or p/k) so if he has a good fight he gets a little wabbly after he finishes up his meal... Angle on the other hand did that "robot" after she had her first 3 meals... I wanted to see her eat so I was right there... I think it was a fear responce. She no longer does it. and I watch from behind the door ( I crack it and watch them eat. I'm odd)

Re: Odd ball question...
cool, sounds like just a baby thing. other then that she is in really good health, so I wasn't too concerned but she is my first baby so no others to compare her too, thanks all for the replys.
