well..for me, I get them all up around 7 am and start with a lil yoga. that is to help them get limber. Then we go for a quick (lol) 2 mile sprint through the woods. That is to help them build endurance. After that we weight train. for obvious reasons. Nothing like having your own Rocky Ballboa's!
ok...really no I let them do their own thang. I get them out for a roam every now and again but that's it.
He is 36in 564g. It isnt like hanging off the skin you cant see it with a pic, but i can kind of pinch it (pinch is a bad word) it is a very small amount that i can grasp, but i just remember a couple months ago you couldnt do that it was like pure muscle.
