Moss Change

I was wondering. How often should I change out the sphagnum moss in Chibi's humid hide? She's scattered it all over the place when making it just the way she likes it, and because its on cage carpet, its hard to pick up and move around. So, when should I change it out completely?

probably about once a month or sooner if it gets soiled or smelly.

She refuses to use the bathroom in her humid hide and the moss is not smelly. I'll go ahead and change it tomorrow morning anyway since its been a month.

if that's the case you can also just rinse it off good with water and use it longer.
