Re: breeding/morph question on cornsnakes
I don't know alot about it, but I've been told, that should you cross an amel w/a snow, and the baby is amel colored, then it's amel het snow, and if it's snow colored, it's snow het amel. Confused? lol

Here's a link that will lead you to other links Aleesha. There are some morph outcome type calculators listed on this page so hopefully they might help you to figure out what is possible.

A snow is already amel. I think you mean anery. A snow is double recessive amel and anery. Corns are pretty similar to ball pythons as far as determining genetics, only with corns you have locality to keep in mind. There are Okeetee, Miami Phase, etc. that have different appearences. You can breed your Anery to your snow (depending on what kind of anery is in your snow, a or b) and get 100% anery het snow. Your snow crossed with your bloodred will produce triple hets. Albino bnloodreds are some of my favorate corns. I would only breed the okeete with another or a reverse okeetee (or one of Rich Z.'s fluorescent Oranges ) but that's just me.

If the snow is anery B and not anery A, then its a Blizzard, not a snow.
