I started ordering from Reptile basics last week and I have an order on the way. Both my orders were shipped the sameday and only took about 4 days for my first order to arrive via Fedex home delivery. My other order a Helix t-stat is scheduled to arrive Friday. Rich is great! However, after my last shipment I was vacuuming up styro peanuts for weeks ...but at least the rack arrived in one piece!
