I believe its 25% for Pewter, 25% Cinny, 25% Pastel, 25% Normal.

SO are the numbers the same in breeding a black pastel to a pastel so I can get a black pewter?
Black pastel to Pastel = 25% black pastel 25% pastel 25% black pewter 25% normals?
