    RIP Miss Mouse

I found Miss Mouse, the preggers albino mouse I picked in December, who gave birth to another litter last Friday, dead today with her pinks trying to suckle her corpse....

    *sigh*

Not sure why she died...I put Cookie, the caramel colored silky mouse I have, in with the pinks to see if she'll feed them...we'll see.

    Just kinda...*sigh*...

    Re: RIP Miss Mouse

Welp, I found Cookie had rebuilt the nest and was brooding the pinks this morning...so hopefully she's not, as Rick suggested, "warming them up so they taste better" (I love my sick demented husband, muwhahahha)...Cookie's not preggers herself, so I dunno she'll generate sympathy milk for this abandoned litter, but hopefully...stayed tuned...

    Re: RIP Miss Mouse

Came home and found Cookie still over the pinks, but all dead (a little gross) except one...mercy euthanized the last live one and moved Cookie back in with her man...

    *sigh*
