what type of enclosure is it in? glass? what size is it? tub?

what are you using to heat it?
    how are you measuring temps?
what type of hides are they?

When you bought her was she from a pet store or a breeder? Is she captive bred or a wild caught? The reason i ask these questions is if she is from a pet store its a good chance she is a wild caught and they tend to refuse to eat at this time of year.If she came from a breeder what was she eating then? When you say your temps are "good" what are they? How large is her enclosure? How often are you trying to feed her? If she refuses to eat then wait a full week before trying again. Its best to feed her what she was eating before you bought her.I will watch for your next post.

When you say your temps are good what are they exactly, not doubting you just from experience I have seen couple of people here and other forum saying their temps were good but in fact were not

Like the other already said a brief history of your BP where she come from how big she is, etc would be great, same thing with the husbandry if you could describe how you house her it would help us try to narrow it down.
