    substrate

    does anyone use desert snow as substrate? i had been using fir wood chips, but i have a hard time seeing the poo with that. was wondering how well desert snow holds humidity, how well it spot cleans...trouble seeing urates with it?

    I think I have heard of a few people hear using it.....can not really remember their comments though....
