Do we have any Illinois deer hunter residents here?

Well i need some assistance if anyone here is able to help.I recently started getting back into hunting(non hunters please be nice lol) and i am allready fed up with the areas around me.I am disabled (cancer and more ) so i am limited to where i go and can not set in a tree stand so i have my own ground blind. Now here is my added problems ,the places around me allow people to walk thru the areas i am able to hunt. This not only frustrates me it scares the crap out of me! I am a safe hunter and i know what i am capable of doing with my equipment in the feilds. These same places do not allow people to walk the trails where the tree stand hunters are though. Here is my request for some help if possible.Does anyone know of someone in the Tazewell,Peoria,to Bloomington or to Lasalle area that would help out myself and another disabled hunter find somewhere to hunt deer or such? My freind and i have plenty of respect for others property and such and we do not tear up anything ever.We even carry out any trash left by others that we come up on.We do not file stupid lawsuits because we stumble and give ourselves boo boos.We are not rich people either but are willing to share some of the game we take.If anyone is able to assist me here please pm me the info or post here.I thank you

To bad you're not from Wisconsin. While I don't like hunting (I'm a vegetarian) my boyfriend's family are huge hunters. Randy's dad has 70 acres up north were their cabin is and would have no problem letting a couple others hunt.

Good luck finding something in Illinois!

Thanks! The license cost would be a killer though .To make matters worse i have more deer in the woods at the end of our street then i saw at the hunting areas .We even have a large group of Turkeys that roam around like they own the area lol.

Randy goes every year but hasn't shot anything in like 6 years. haha
He pretty much just supplies the extra tag for his brother Jason.
Jason is a beast and got 6 last season. He goes bow, rifle and muzzle loading.

Aw man; I wish you were in NY. I would gladly let you hunt here; our landlord lets us hunt here on 300 acres and bring a few people out each year. I myself have never gotten my license as of yet, but plan to; Mark and his cousins hunt every year.

AWWW .Yea i kinda jumped the "gun" praising the public hunt area here. They are all cool until they have your money then you do not exist to them anymore.I contacted this one place today and she tried to tell me in order to hunt there we had to attend a "safety" meeting on how to properly shoot our compound bows .I told her thats a bunch of crap.My freind has taken a deer 2yrs in a row with his crossbow, the furthest was 50 yards! It was dead center on the lungs .I have only been shooting a compound bow for a couple weeks and i can place 3 arrows next to each other in the middle bullseye .I even split the nock on one arrow with the next shot . I guess they think if your disabled it includes being blind! Its just more money for them and its not going to happen
