need to find a herp vet!!!!!

any ideas of what i can do in the mean time, im looking into the cleveland metro park zoo herp. my in-laws use to work for the park and know him, but heres might concerns. tuff is about 7years or older, 5 foot long female norm. after the last feeding i noticed she hasnt been herself, very sluggish NEVER in her hide as much, and tonight i saw here soaking her self. I DONT see any mites on her, but i see that some of her scale are frosted and those are scattered about, her temps are good(92 hot side) but ive been struggleing with the humidity due to the cooler temps her. her tempermant when handled is very good, she dosent look to be in shed. my wife who has NOTHING to do due with the snake even told me that she just dosent seem herself, now that got me worried. HELP!! any ideas?
