Re: Help!!
Hi,
Yeah sadly the pic is too blurry for anyone to be sure what it is
Did she rub her face against something sharp in her tank when she was starting to remove the shed and cut herself ?
Is it still bleeding? - might be worth waiting an hour or so if the bleeding has already stopped then cleaning it VERY gently so you can see exactly how bad it is. To clean it I'd try a slightly damp cue-tip ( I think thats what their called) but you would need to be confident that you could be gentle enough not to cause any further damage or that it wouldn't stress her out too much.
The vet is always a good idea as a course of antibiotics can prevent small cuts and scrapes turning into something worse so easily.
hope it's nothing you have to worry about too much.

Re: Help!!
Oh right - sorry I didn't get what you meant. Re-reading your post I see you explained that so my bad.
Well if it was me I wouldn't feed her untill I knew if I was going to have to disturb her for a vet trip or not. Might be an idea to try and get someone to help you get a better picture so the folks who know more than me can say what they think it is.
It could just be an irritated area where the old skin detatched - or even a blood vessel, without the pics It's just speculation really
Play about with the camera for a bit with something else in your hand to see if there is anything you can improve - the one I have doesn't do close up very well but if I hold it further away I can zoom in and get a slightly better pic.
