I ordered a Boaphile rack that holds 5 Balls..will the one Ranco I ordered w/ it run all 5 tubs?

Yes. Ideally, all the tubs should be the same size. If you have a separate piece of flexwatt for each shelf, make sure your Ranco has a power-strip that allows multiple plugs. Should work fine.

I'll go ahead and chime in and plug using a proportional thermostat like a helix or a herpstat. Ranco's work fine but they work by simply turning the tape full on/full off. It's hard to understand until you actually use one and see the benefits first hand.

yes the tubs r the same size..all will come w/ flexwatt installed..where do i stick the probe?

If it's the rack I think it is you will only have one cord to plug in to the t-stat.
Each pc of flex is not separate but a continuous S shape thru the shelves.
I have to concur w/ Brad on a Helix or one similar.

Jeff at Boaphile recommends to place the probe right in the corner where the flex bends at 90 degrees and secure it w/ shipping tape. Place it where the cord for the flex exits which ever shelf that may be.

so i have to heat all five at once?...i only have 2 to put in right now... otherwise can i put babies in such a the large tub?

If it is set up like the one I order than yes all five tubs will heat at once.
As for the answer on putting the babies in there I will let someone w/ more exper. on baby bp's to answer that one.
