    http://www.wreg.com/Global/story.asp?S=5663325

Did they really have to go to court for this?

Geez Louise! Who wouldn't know that a burrito is not a sandwich? What a crazy litigous society we live in.

Well thank goodness this has been settled! I'd been losing sleep over the whole "is a burrito really a sandwich" issue! Now perhaps our greatest legal minds can finally settle the burning question of Ho Ho's v. Ding Dongs!

Gee that just shows how stupid companies are getting.I think it was not really about the burrito it is about the MONEY they would lose by people having another food option in the mall.

Yep I'm just waiting for Nancy Grace of Court TV fame to take on this major snack food issue. She can make anything come across like the burning legal issue of the day!
