i'm having the same prob with mine and im a little worried. she usualy poops two days after feeding but she's eaten three times and hasn't went. i changed her bedding about four weesk ago from repti-carpet to choconut bark (to help with humidity). could the change have caused it i feed her in an empty tank so she didn't eat any. would some thing like a warm bath help? i'v heard alot of people with the problem but no answer.
If you are truly concerned about any health issue in the end the only person who can or should diagnose and treat your snakes is an experienced herp vet. Having said that, remember BP's don't always defecate every week - some of ours will pass feces every other week or every few weeks depending on how much food they are taking in and their own particular digestive process. It's important to make sure your snake has a good supply of clean water as part of constipation in any creature can be related to dehydration. Some folks will soak the snake to help it poop, personally I've never had to do that myself. They just go when they need to (and sometimes it can be huge!).
I probably don't have much to worry about then. I soaked her last week because she was having that tough shed and she pooped on me while I was trying to rub some of the old skin off of her stinky stuff . Luckily I had a towel under her since she'd been soaking. Her way of showing her love for me I guess.
