If spider is the gene I think it is a Bee x Bee = Killer bees (super form).

Not a silly question at all - understanding the different genetic combos behind designer mutations is all part of the learning process.
Bumble Bee = Pastel Spider
Killer Bee = Super Pastel Spider
BTW...Wakefield MA is only about a 40 minute drive from here if you ever want a crash course in BP morphs firsthand.

delerium...a "bumble bee" is a pastel/spider. A "killer bee" is a super-pastel/spider.

I think the Axanthic morph has been a "sleeper" until recently, and we're just getting an idea of what the genetic potential here really is. I'm always amazed when people overlook this trait...het axanthics/axanthics are such a no-brainer for a fun project, and I think we're going to see a LOT more demand for them in the future.
Just my $.02...I love Axanthics!!!
