Clutch 4 Pics ( Dial Up Warning )

This is the Recent Clutch Possible VPI Axanthic X Pos VPI Axanthic ( I know long shot ) But hey why not, since I didn't get a chance to get a 100% het Axanthic last year...... Well I didn't get any axanthics from the 8 little ones....

But I did get a couple silvery little ones that are definitly different from the others

One of these is not like the others

It's funny that i didn't really get into photography until I starting breeding snakes ( Trying to be artistic )

Well, I have to confess to being blind or something because I don't see the differences in colors in the babies....but what I DO see....is MAJOR CUTENESS!!! They are all soooo cute!!! I just the 4th picture down! BPOM right there!

It's a subtle silver, ( 2nd pic the one at the top left is a little lighter than the other 2 ) almost half the babies have it and the others don't
Does it mean anything? I don't know, I know that the idea of an Axanthic marker was kicked around before and I think someone asked that same question recently on Kingsnake.com but who knows. I just thought that it was interesting. Either way more breeding to do.... The excitment continues

Thank you, they are nice looking babies nontheless. Even thought I didn't get any Axanthics, I still think it's a cool clutch.

I know the exact look you're talking about Alex ... it just takes some experience seeing hatchling ball pythons to know the subtle differences between "normals" and "things that make you go hmmmm?" .... Nice eye you're developing.

If it's worth anything to you, I just hatched a clutch of eggs from Axanthic to Normal and 1/2 of the babies have "that look". ROCK ON!

Thanks Adam, it means alot ..... I was begining to wonder if I'm just looking to hard to see something that isn't there. Which I know can happen.... Once they shed and I get a ratio count, I'll have a better idea of where to go from there.

And Thanks all for the comments, I'll try to get some more pics soon especially as I get better with my Camera....
