    Enough Flexwatt

Im gonna get a new tub for my BP and I don't know if I need to get some more flexwatt. Im gonna get the 33" sterilite tub. Would a 12"x11" peice of flexwatt on each end be enough. Thats how I have it setup now but in a 24" tub.

I'd think that as long as your room is in the high 70's/low 80's in temp, you'd only need the flexwatt on ONE end of the tub. The room temp of 80 could quite easily be your cool end, w/the flexwatt providing the hot side. That's how I've got MY tubs set up right now.

Unfortunately for MINE, it's the room itself is getting TOO hot occas. and I've had to UNPLUG the flexwatt in order to keep the snakes COOL enough.

    Sheesh!

you might need two if your room is that cool. you set the warm end flexwatt to 92-94 and the cool and heat up to 82-84.

Honestly you will have to setup it up and see what happens before the ball arrives.. Chances are it will be enough but you never know..

Im moving my ball to a bigger cage so I already have her. Though I may of figured out my problem. Would 12"x11" be a big enough hotspot in a 3' tub.

As long as she/he has a warm spot to be, it's all good.
My Snake hold still long enough for me to get a good pic of him!!!!
