Cool rack
Has anyone seen this rack before? The whole line of them looks reasonable, but this one's price stook out. http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...32-quart-rack/. Is 32 quart big enough to house adult BP's? I wouldn't breed in there but just for keeping? Also that looks like an axxeptable way to use heat rope. What do you guys think?

Too small for adult BPs and I have heard that the Vision racks are a bit on the poor side of quality.

Re: Cool rack
32 qt should be ok for a bp

Re: Cool rack
A 23" inch tub is too short in my opinion for an adult BP.

Re: Cool rack
It all depends.
Some adult males would be fine in 32 quart Sterilite tubs but if you plan on housing a male and female together to breed or housing adult females (or even larger males), then I would go with the 41 quart Sterilite tubs or CB-70 tubs.

Re: Cool rack
Vision makes a rack to hold the CB-70, the one nice thing would be that you are able to adjust the heat cable to the right amount for each level. As for quality .... I have nothing to go on there.

Re: Cool rack
i've never used vision racks, i did see them and mess around with them in daytona last year. the are very lightweight, not much metal and not very solid feeling. imo, they seemed too flimsy to stand the test of time. i certainly wouldn't want to replace racks every few years or so!
