    Fireball

What are the traits that distinguish a fireball from a normal?
I see various snakes labeled as fireballs for sale but none of them look the same.
Mojaves, spiders, albinos, pastels, yellowbellies, etc all can be distinguished but this one is difficult to spot.

    Re: Fireball

There's a website that has "Hunter's Guide to..." and he points out all the characteristics to look for in certain morphs like yellow bellies and others that are sometimes tricky to identify. On another forum, he was asked if he's going to do one for Fire Balls, and he said he's currently working on it, but it is the hardest one yet to do, because they are extremely variable in appearance.

Heh...I'm no help at all, huh?

One thing to keep in mind is that it's not a "fire ball" unless it's proven to make a black eyed leucistic ball python

It's really a bad name for them ... most don't have any yellow at all on their bellies.

Your snake is most likely just a really nice normal.

Reminds me of something I read that I think Adam wrote: "I haven't seen a ball python I didn't like." =D
