    Quick Paint Question

Ok so my new snake cage is about 3/4 the way done now, and I was wondering if it matters what kind of paint I use on the outside. Because I have some latex paing laying around the house that I could use if it is safe for my snake. I will not be using this paint on the inside, for the inside I have used contact paper.

    Question Re: Quick Paint Question

I am not 100% sure if latex paint is safe or not concerning reptiles. How long are you allowing it to set to totaly dry before you place any reptiles inside of it? Let me ask around to see if i can get any info on this subject ok.

    Re: Quick Paint Question

    Joe,
It all depends on the weather for how long I am going to let it dry out. In the cool weather that I am having right now probably about 2 weeks, but if it is in some hot weather then around 1 week.
