    Re: super black?

Eh....looks like a perfectly normal snake to me. Maybe a little darker than your typical hatchling, but I can guarantee you I wouldn't spend $400 on it. For one thing, the ad doesn't even tell you what sex it is!! And for another, there's nothing "proven" about it. A breeder/dealer can slap labels on animals and hope that because it has a fancy name attached to it he can get more money...but that's just bad business, in my opinion.

    Re: super black?

I doubt its a "super" anything, but there is a lot I dont know.

It has some extra black on it, so it might be a blackback, or it might just be a normal. Unless it was CBB from parents that can prove it is genetic, its not worth anywhere near $400

Plus the ad said it was only one week old, no way a good breeder would sell them at 1 week old.

Very well put! What ever happened to that other horrible site, reptibid.com?

I would also say, be careful what you buy based on Kingsnake ads as well. Make sure the breeder is reputable. There is a lot of scum hiding out there as well...
