Iris tubs on sale at ShopKo

These were on sale ending today, Im not sure but the place I was at had a ton, so they may extend it if you ask? I'm kinda bummed that I didnt get to send this out until now, I just found them on "accident" while looking for a supply of tubs for my rats and snakes.

Their 6 quart tubs are wider and a tad shorter than the standard sterilite ones ive seen, and their 12.2 quart tubs seem better than the sterilite ones (and are a perfect fit for my snake rack!!)

the 12.2 quarts were on sale for $1.88 !!!!!

6 quart were $1.50, but no one ever had a large quantity of the sterilite tubs so i snagged almost all that they had.

Re: Iris tubs on sale at ShopKo

I love Iris tubs. Apparently they have some sort of coating on them that keeps them easy to remove dirt (and in this application, snake poo and urates). I would rate them at the top of the heap as far as plastic enclosures. Next would be the ones that come from the Container Store (completely clear instead of semi-clear but really sturdy). Then Rubbermaid (still great quality), Sterilite (don't love them. they crack easily and don't last) and last would be the kind you get from the dollar store. They should last 3-4 days

doll, if I'm not mistaken, www.reptiletubs.com sells the entire Iris line. I am sure somebody will clarify this. They don't sell them as Iris brand on the site but I believe they are either Iris or higher quality replications.
