First feeding -- How do you serve your mouse?

Garnish with parsley and lemon? Sorry , I'm a waitress -- had to say it. So the mouse is thawed. Do they (BPs) prefer them in a dish or on the ground? Thanks guys! Any other tips to appetize my lil friend?

It all depends on the snake. Some prefer it laying on the ground, others prefer them dancing in front of their face pretending to be alive. I'd say start off with the mouse dance using a pair of tongs. It's always nice seeing a good feeding response instead of just laying it down and hoping your snake will take it.

Yeah I would use some tongs and do the mouse dance thing if that doesnt work I have been known to just lay it at the entrance to their hide if they are in it.
