    Question snakes in 10 gallon

I have a couple of 10 gallon aquariums and I am really getting into snakes. I was wanting a snake that could live in a 10 gallon all of its life- but the only possibility I have found is a hognose snake. Will this work? are there any other snakes that could live all their lives in a 10 gallon?

how about one of those viper boas? I wasn't quite able to get their exact length, but it doesn't look like they get too long.

Not so sure about them.. they tend to be aggressive sometimes. Awesome snakes though.. they're on my wishlist. I'd think they'd need a 20 gallon.

    Re: snakes in 10 gallon

So far, I have came up with three (discluding viper boa) snakes:

    1. Rosy Boa
    2. Sand Boa
    3. Rubber Boa
Which of these would be the best overall?

    They are all sand boas.

All great pets.. I don't particularly care for the look of rubber or rosy boas. I love kenyans and roughscales. Kenyan morphs include anerythristic, albino, snow, paradox albino/snow, and flame race.

What are the prices looking like for the Kenyan morphs? I really like the flame-race, and the anerythristic, but the others are cool, too.

    Flame - $200 +-
    Anery - $70
    Albino - $150
    Snow - I think around $300
    Paradox albino -$225
    Paradox snow - not sure..

also a viper boa would not be a very good 2nd snake they mostly will not eat mice or rats and usually eat frogs or anoles.
