    New (ish)

    Hi

I've only just noticed this part of the board and have posted already a couple of times on the others.

I live in the UK with my hubby and 3 kids, Japanese Spitz Dog, Charlie our Amazon Parrot, Beady the Bearded Dragon and now our new baby - Emily the BP.

We've had her for 4 weeks now (she's about 20 weeks old) and she just took her second fuzzy last night so she's well settled in and she's sooooo sociable.

Thank you to everyone who has offered advice to me on my feeding subject.

    Sue

Great to have you join this forum Sue. It's been a huge source of help with our own new BP (called Baby for now until it gets sexed). We have 4 kids ourselves, 2 girls ages 17 and 11, and 2 boys ages 13 and 4, plus the snake, 4 pets rats (one is is hopefully preggie), and two beta fish.

How do the kids like the snake so far?

Cool, that you live in the UK. It has always been a place I have wanted to visit. Some of my favorite music comes from there; Beatles, The Smiths, etc.
Actually our climate here in NY has seemed pretty UK-esque; fog galore.

Thanks for the welcome The kids love her - she's really my eldest daughter's anyway - the only person who doesn't love her is my husband - he HATES snakes LOL so he'll have nothing to do with her just a "keep that thing away from me" - which is GOOD considering he once said there's no way he'd tolerate one in the house.

No fog here right now in the UK - we got great weather - I'd like to go to the US too - went on a flydrive through Cal and Arizona once years ago and would love to go back - I've got a friend who moved to Indiana who's always begging me to visit so maybe one day ...

    Sue
