    Question Fort Wayne 6-25?

Anyone planning on going to the Reptile Show/Sale this Saturday at Fort Wayne, IN? I need to go and pick up a rack for a couple of females I will be getting next week, and just thought I would see if maybe I could meet any of you in person. Yes, Adam, I plan on wearing the shirt you sent me!

    Re: Fort Wayne 6-25?

Jason's Jungles. From looking around on the net, his seemed to comparable and higher quality, I liked the Dual purpose 5/10 slot rack for my needs, and him being close enough to go pick up from doesn't hurt either. His ad says he is a regular attendee at the Indi show, but when I called the number on the Fort Wayne show site, the guy told me he was there last month, and has space reserved for this month. Sent Jason an e-mail, and he replied he will definitely be there, and will make sure to bring one of the 5/10's for me. Turns out, the guy I am getting the females from is a good friend of his. Troy Dozier, of Reptilian Projects. They are possibly wild caught, and definitely not acclimated yet, and he was way up front about all that, but I figure I got the time to spend with them to make it all good. What, in particular do I need to have done with/to them before I introduce them to my males? Mite check has so far been negative, no fecal check done yet (I will), but what else?

It was okay. There weren't a lot of big names there, mainly locals I guess. There was a snakebsters from Alabama, I think, Jasons Jungles like I said, Reptile Emporium. I got so upset with myself on the way home, "Hey Stupid, why didn't you grab up one of those business cards they had sitting in front of them on the tables so you don't have to count on your soso memory" but I was too far along to bo back and get them. It was only the second show, so it could get bigger yet. It was in a pretty nice venue, and there is more room to expand in it yet, so who knows. I think I got what I need for a while so probably won't drive the two hours there and back for the fun of it any time soon. I did catch that the guy doing the show was named Karl, but they didn't know a last name, so it could be him. see ya

    Re: Fort Wayne 6-25?

Jason and Troy are both great guys. I used to have a rack of Jasons 5/10 slot and bought 4 snakes from him. I've bought 1 snake and 3 lizards from Troy. I recommend doing business with either of them.
