Best use of single gene females?

In the current market what do you think the best use of single gene females is?

The best I can come up with is to breed a male with at least two super forms to ensure all the offspring have at least those two genes.

Depends on your project goals.

-Testing a male you are unsure of genetics on (like a BEL with many possible other morphs)
-Breeding with Supers to get single form of that morph
-Breeding with a male with a LOT of morphs to separate them out and remove certain ones from a project
-Breeding to visual recessive to get hets and add the females morph to that recessive project
-Just having an extra clutch from a powerful male

If you don't have a specific project or projects in mind, I would start with figuring out what you want to accomplish. Just breeding to breed ends up wasting a lot of time aimlessly imho

If you would like some help getting some inspiration, post what morphs the females you are talking about have and I can make some more detailed suggestions to give you project ideas.

My goal is to breed high quality looking snakes that people like and want just as much as I like them. In todays market, combos of 4-6 gene animals are more common and can be had cheaply while single gene animals aren't "worth" as much or as desirable(even though i love and appreciate how they look).

Another goal of mine to keep my collection small and really optimize pairings.

Any ways here's what I'm thinking currently about possible pairings

1. 1.0 Super Enchi Leopard Yellow belly fire pastel
2. 0.1 Mojave
3. 0.1 Lesser

My two females are what i think are the best looking examples of these specific genes(emphasis on this is my opinion)

You already have yellowbelly and that’s a keeper gene to incorporate into any project. Consider adding clown and red stripe into your projects as well. Those females you have are amazing. Ghi is also a big project gene to consider. Good luck.

I agree, those are both stellar examples of their morph

Speaking from experience in my own projects, Enchi, YB, and BEL complex morphs do look very nice together. Enchi and YB are such great foundation genes for bringing out great reds, oranges, and yellows. Really good pairing option imho. Leo doesn't always play super well with BEL complex stuff and you end up with lines on the side instead of the weird Leo patterns a lot of the time, but hey, sometimes the pinstriping down the sides looks kinda nice and opens up more room for gorgeous warm blushing colors.

The other nice thing about those pairings is very few should catch ALL those morphs and hit that point where there is just too much color reduction, the vast majority should be nice 3-4 gene combos that really show off the best of the morphs they have.
